Refund Policy

Everything we sell is a PDF download, available as soon as payment clears. Because a download cannot be returned, we do not offer refunds for a change of mind.

Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. If a product is faulty, not as described, or does not do what we said it would, you are entitled to a remedy, which may be a replacement file or a refund. Nothing in this policy limits those rights.

If a file will not open, is incomplete, is the wrong product, or your download link does not work, we will send you a working copy. If we cannot fix it, we will refund you.

If you bought the same product twice by mistake, we will refund the duplicate.

Email info@pepora-performance.example with your order number or the email you paid with, and tell us what went wrong. We usually reply within a few business days.

Refunds go back to your original payment method. Your bank may take 5 to 10 business days to show it.

Download access for a refunded order is switched off.
